File Sharing checklist

Before sending files, check the following:

1. Plugins/effects are commited or bounced

​

2. Fades and crossfades

​

3. Name the tracks logically (Kick In, Kick Out, Bass DI, Guitar L ..etc)

​

4. Organize files so drums and bass, guitars etc are next to each other

 

5. Stereo files are stereo and mono files are mono 

​

6. check for clicks and pops and clipping

​

7. Double-check your edits

​

When sending files for mixing/mastering/production please use either WeTransfer or Google Drive. Preferred file types are .wav - 16/24 bit - 44.1/48 Khz
